Why work with me?

In 2012, I made the decision to leave my accounting and finance career behind. This choice stemmed from a strong desire to pursue my passion for coaching and helping others. I realised that my previous career path didn't align with my purpose or deep interests. Additionally, I wanted to prioritise my family and create a more aligned lifestyle. I am grateful for the valuable lessons and connections I gained from my previous careers. When I started my coaching/ consulting journey, Í had lots of corporate contracts and started a portfolio career which included coaching but it was not until 2021 when I made the decision to grow my coaching business into a 6 figure business.  Since then, I have had the privilege of assisting hundreds of individuals through coaching and consulting in areas such as career transitions, personal branding, executive and business coaching. I bring a holistic well-being approach to all the courses and coaching sessions I conduct as well as my values of kindness, compassion and business solutions and selling with a genuine intention to serve. I have also facilitated group trainings and had the honour of speaking at various events. My mission is to support you in seamlessly embarking on your entrepreneurial journey.

As a consultant and coach, I draw on extensive experience in working with global consulting firms and business leadership in corporate organisations and am known for my holistic, energetic and compassionate approach. My coaching work combines neuroscience, positive psychology, wellbeing and mindfulness.

​

When I'm not working, you will find me practising yoga or Pilates (occasionally teaching as well) and nourishing my creativity through my writing and styling business as a brand rep and ambassador for small Australian businesses. I have also co-authored a book during the pandemic with some incredible coaches called “The Art of Self Care: Your Inspiring Guide from Global Wellness Leaders”. My contribution is around experiencing career and business setbacks and rejection and how to build resilience.

Call details and how it works:

  • Calls are live and done via Zoom weekly

  • Day & Time: Wednesdays 7:30PM AEST / 5:30AM EDT (USA) / 10:30AM (BST)

  • If for any reason you can't make the calls, all replays will be recorded and uploaded to be shared with you after the call.
