I met Natalie through Right Management's outplacement program. As a Career Coach Natalie is extremely giving, caring, enthusiastic, organised, and thorough. She offers lots of great practical tips and is well networked within the careers sector and more broadly, across industries which enables her to further support her clients.
I believe Natalie's strength as a Career Coach relate to her own career journey and career transition experience - in which wellbeing played a key role.
While Natalie has experience across a range of areas relating to wellbeing, it was the introduction to 'energy management' that has been the most impactful for me personally. During the program, I found a job, went back to uni, balanced family and work life as well as a side project! Through applying what I learnt from Natalie, I was able to be extremely productive and focused - while also finding time to do fun things (for me that meant reading more books in the last 6 months than I have in the last few years!)

Can't speak highly enough of Natalie.
